1. Returns & Refund Eligibility (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products, returns or refunds are generally not applicable once the digital file has been delivered or accessed.

However, refunds or revisions may be considered under the following conditions:

The digital file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible
The delivered file does not match the product description
There is a technical issue caused from our end

Non-Refundable Items:

Downloaded or accessed digital products
Customized or personalized digital designs
Digital products purchased during promotions or discounts

2. Return Process

• To request support related to a refund or correction:
• Contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase
• Provide your Order ID, product details, and issue description
• Attach screenshots or proof, if applicable
  
  Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  
  

3. Refunds Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• For UPI or wallet payments, refunds will be credited to the same account
• DigitPrintz does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases on digital items
  

4. Exchanges

We believe in creative satisfaction. Instead of exchanges, we may offer:

• Corrections for incorrect or faulty files
• Limited revisions based on product scope
• Replacement files if the original delivery has errors
  
  All revision requests must be submitted within the support window.
  

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before the digital product is delivered or accessed
• Once the download link or file is shared, cancellation is not possible
